In 1987 I graduated from the Johannes Kepler Grammar School in Prague, majoring in economics. After graduating from the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics, Prague, from 1992 to 1994, I worked in the Agency for Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of the former Ministry of Economy with focus on the Phare program. Then I worked in managerial and executive positions in the private sector, especially in the area of trade, starting in the company Mediatel, where I gradually held positions as assistant to the marketing manager, product manager, marketing director and sales director of the company. In 2008, I became the Director of the Department of Strategies and Trends of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. In October 2014, I was appointed the Deputy Minister. I am currently in charge of the Section of Industry and Construction.
