As a leader of McKinsey’s sustainability efforts in Central Europe, and the global co-lead of the firm’s electric-power and natural-gas transmission and distribution sector, Viktor works with major European energy and infrastructure companies, principal investors, and financial institutions. He guides clients on navigating the opportunities and risks as Europe progresses on its path toward net-zero greenhouse gas emissions.
